I heard about the fastest clapper in the world, and I found him on youtube, but I decided that wasn't enough, so here is a little list of the fastest things/people.
I didn't get the obvious fastest (like the world land speed record or other "normal" records) but the more awkward ones:

World ice speed record - Fastest Car on Ice.

Oulu, Finland -- A Bentley Continental GT, driven by four-times World Rally Champion Juha Kankkunen, smashed the world ice speed record, reaching an average speed of 321.65km/h on frozen sea off the coast of Finland, track ploughed on the ice of the Gulf of Bothnia next to the city of Oulu.

Juha turned the Continental GT around and drove the measured kilometre a second time to fulfil the judge's requirements, peaking at an incredible 331km/h (206mph).
